The Dougherty Station Library serves the needs of San Ramon's growing population. The 11,600 square feet building is designed to incorporate new technology and efficient service. Library collections focus on the needs of children, teens, and adults. The library includes unique seating areas for young people and families, a community room for library programs, study rooms, computer lab, free wireless Internet access and 44 computers for public use. Dougherty Station is a popular destination for the community's many young families and teens.
Parking
Dougherty Station Library customers are welcome to park throughout
the complex that includes Dougherty Station Community Center and DVC’s
San Ramon campus. Please be aware of posted restrictions in front of
Acorn Learning Center and in the DVC staff area. Directly in front of
the library, there are two spaces designated for visitors with disabled
license plates or parking placards and two spaces with a time limit of
30 minutes.
