Trails Master Plan RFP Open

Request for Proposals for Trails Master Plan

The City requires Trails Master Plan (“Services”) to identify and prioritize connections to enhance and complete the existing trail system; identify and map new opportunities for trails, trailheads, connections; develop cost estimates for construction of system / connections; show connectivity opportunities between existing bikeways and trails; show connectivity opportunities between San Ramon’s trail system and surrounding agencies; identify steps to complete system (i.e. easements, agreements, trailheads, etc); and produce user map (web-based) with details on trails using the City’s GIS system.

Requests for Information: Questions or objections relating to the RFP, Agreement, the
attachments hereto, the RFP procedures, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Mae Mlyniec, Analyst, at mmlyniec@sanramon.ca.gov by 4:00 p.m., December 12, 2024 (the “Request for Information Deadline”). Any questions or objections that are not submitted in the manner specified and by the Request for Information Deadline will be deemed waived. City will not be bound by the oral representations of any City official, employee, or representative.

Submittal Instructions: Proposals must be received by the City by or before December
19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (“Proposal Deadline”). Respondent must submit one original and two (2) identical copies of the Proposal in a sealed envelope labeled with Respondent’s name and return address, marked “Proposal for Trails Master Plan,” and addressed as follows:

The City of San Ramon (“City”) will accept sealed bids for its 25 Meter Lap Pool Replaster, as part of the San Ramon Olympic Pool Equipment Replacement Project (CIP 925479) (“Project”), by or before October 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at  office of the City Clerk, located at 7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon, California, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Each Bid Proposal must be completed, using the form provided in the Contract Documents, signed, and submitted to City in a sealed envelope, with all required forms and attachments, by or before the date and time set forth in Section 1 of the Notice Inviting Bids, or as amended by subsequent addendum. Faxed or emailed Bid Proposals will not be accepted, unless otherwise specified. Late submissions will be returned unopened. City reserves the right to postpone the date or time for receiving or opening bids. Each bidder is solely responsible for all of its costs to prepare and submit its bid and by submitting a bid waives any right to recover those costs from City. The bid price(s) must include all costs to perform the Work as specified, including all labor, material, supplies, and equipment and all other direct or indirect costs such as applicable taxes, insurance and overhead.
