The City of San Ramon (“City”) requests a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) for Irrigation Booster Pump Maintenance, Repairs, and Replacements (CIP 955516).

The City requires Irrigation Booster Pump Maintenance, Repairs, and Replacements (CIP 955516) (“Services”) for ongoing and on-call support to ensure the proper functioning of irrigation systems. This includes maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of booster pumps as needed to support the City's irrigation infrastructure.

Requests for Information. Questions or objections relating to the RFQ, Agreement, the attachments hereto, the RFQ procedures, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Jonette Fuentes, Administrative Analyst, at jfuentes@sanramon.ca.gov by 9:00 a.m., January 13, 2025 (the “Request for Information Deadline”). Any questions or objections that are not submitted in the manner specified and by the Request for Information Deadline will be deemed waived. City will not be bound by the oral representations of any City official, employee, or representative.

Pre-Submittal Meeting. A Pre-Submittal Meeting will not be held.

Submittal Instructions.  SOQs must be received by the City by or before January 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (“SOQ Deadline”). Respondent must submit one original and two (2) identical copies of the SOQ in a sealed envelope labeled with Respondent’s name and return address, marked “SOQ for Irrigation Booster Pump Maintenance, Repairs, and Replacements (CIP 955516),” and addressed as follows:

The City requires Trails Master Plan (“Services”) to identify and prioritize connections to enhance and complete the existing trail system; identify and map new opportunities for trails, trailheads, connections; develop cost estimates for construction of system / connections; show connectivity opportunities between existing bikeways and trails; show connectivity opportunities between San Ramon’s trail system and surrounding agencies; identify steps to complete system (i.e. easements, agreements, trailheads, etc); and produce user map (web-based) with details on trails using the City’s GIS system.
