REGISTERING FOR A CLASS

  • Registration is required prior to attending a class.
  • You are welcome to submit your registration at anytime; however, all registration forms are processed on a lottery basis (Except when registering online).
  • Once a class has reached maximum enrollment, a waitlist will be established. If space opens or a new class is created, you will be notified by telephone/email.
  • If you have a disability that requires an accommodation to participate in programs please call (925) 973-3272 or click here for further information.
  • Please make your selections carefully. A charge will be assessed for all refunds, transfers, withdrawal and credit requests.

Resident Status

To qualify for Resident status you must be a permanent resident with proof of a valid address in the City of San Ramon. Family members on an account must be the children of a parent or their spouse, who are permanent residents of San Ramon.

* Non-resident rates apply to anyone living outside of San Ramon City limits.
** Credit card payments must have signature of cardholder and card expiration date before your registration can be processed. Beginning July 1, 2024, a 3.1% convenience fee ($2 minimum) will be added per total credit card transaction and $2 per ACH transaction.

PURCHASING TICKETS

To purchase tickets for the Front Row Theater, Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center or other ticketed events online visit: www.SanRamonPerformingArts.com or call our box office (925) 973-3343. Tickets may be purchased online up to two hours before the showtime.

Box Office for ticket purchasing is located at the Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center, 10550 Albion Rd, Tuesday - Friday 12pm - 5pm. Box Office will also be open at both theaters one hour before showtime.

WITHDRAW, REFUND, CREDIT, TRANSFER POLICIES

Your satisfaction matters to us! If you are dissatisfied with a program at any time, please contact the Parks & Community Services Department immediately so we can assist you. Please call (925) 973-3200 or email [email protected].

Withdrawal/Refund/Transfer Policies

Processing Fees:  Fees charged for withdrawal/refund requests are assessed as follows: $5.00 for each (individual) class. Beginning July 1, 2024, a 3.1% convenience fee ($2 minimum) will be added per total credit card refund.

7 Days or More Before the Program Begins or the Registration Deadline:

  1. Full refunds (less processing fee) will be issued for requests received 7 days prior to the start of the class/program.
  2. Refunds will be returned in the form of the original payment or can be left on your account as a credit.

 Within 7 Days:

  1. Credit will be given if the program meets the minimum attendance requirements.
  2. Refunds (less processing fee) will only be given if a substitution is made for your spot.

 After the Program Begins:

  • All refund or credit requests after the program begins are not guaranteed. Program supervisors will review them on an individual basis.
  • Failure to attend a program (no shows) will not be granted a refund or credit.
  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for requests received after the program is finished.

 Examples of Refund Exceptions that will not be considered:

  • Vacation or Scheduling Issues
  • No Show or Forgot to Attend
  • Weather or Environmental Issue
  • Personal Transportation Problem
