GHAD On-Call Vegetation Maintenance Services

The Dougherty Valley Geologic Hazard Abatement District (“DV GHAD”) and Northwest San Ramon Geologic Hazard Abatement District (“NWSR GHAD”), collectively referred to as the “GHADs,” request Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified individuals or firms for On-Call Vegetation Maintenance Services. Respondents shall submit an SOQ for DV GHAD and NWSR GHAD. Each GHAD will be evaluated and awarded independently.

The GHADs require on-call vegetation maintenance services (“Services”) for annual fuel reduction, weed abatement, maintaining fire breaks, tree trimming and removal, brush trimming and removal, and other minor maintenance items, as needed. Much of the scope requires working on uneven terrain.

Planned RFQ Schedule. The following schedule is provided for planning purposes based on current information. However, all dates are subject to revision, including the SOQ Deadline, and may be amended by addenda to this RFQ:

RFQ Issued: September 22, 2026
Request for Information Deadline: October 7, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
SOQ Deadline: October 20, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.
Interviews (if requested by City): Week of October 26, 2026
Notice of Selection: November 2, 2026
Council Approval and Award: December 2026
Commence Services: January 1, 2027
