Crow Canyon Gardens Park Renovation

The Crow Canyon Gardens Master Plan was approved by the Parks and Community Services Commission in 2023, and a phased approach to improve the park is under way.

Iron Horse Trail Overcrossings Project

The Iron Horse Trail Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing at Bollinger Canyon Road officially opened to the public on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

The City of San Ramon has launched a planning process for its new Trails Master Plan.

FY26 Budget Process

The City of San Ramon's annual budget process is complete. The City Council unanimously voted to adopt of the Fiscal Year 2025/26 Proposed Budget by resolution at the City Council Meeting on May 27.

Measure N Revenue

In the November 5, 2024 Municipal Election, San Ramon voters approved Measure N, a ballot measure to adopt a 1% local sales tax.

The Orchards (formerly Chevron Park)

Sunset Development Company has submitted applications for The Orchards (formerly Chevron Park). Environmental analysis is underway, and public hearings will be conducted once the environmental analysis is complete.

Climate Action Plan Update

At the June 10, 2025, City Council meeting, the City Council unanimously voted to adopt a Resolution to approve an updated Climate Action Plan (CAP).

Inclusionary Housing Ordinance Update

The San Ramon City Council adopted an amended Inclusionary Housing Ordinance on October 24, 2023 with three key changes. Click to learn more and view the full text of the Ordinance.

Pending Housing Projects

In an effort to provide the opportunity for feedback early in the process on residential housing projects submitted under SB330, City staff is posting new housing projects to this page, and will conduct a Study Session on each.
