The multi-family units also include 8 live-work units.
HouseKeys will be administering the lottery on behalf of the City of San Ramon for the Iron Horse Village development. Applicants must enter the appropriate Iron Horse Village opportunity drawing by visiting the HouseKeys website.
The City of San Ramon is NOT offering any Down Payment Assistance.
